Housekeeping Cleaner

Join a results-driven environment where your expertise contributes to maintaining quality, safety and operational excellence across the country.Role Description: Housekeeping Attendant We are looking for six Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at Azizi Florence Sales Center and Mock-up Villa in Sharjah. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out routine, scheduled, and reactive cleaning tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Candidates with previous housekeeping experience in hospitality environments are preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned routine, scheduled, and reactive cleaning tasks in accordance with instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas at the Sharjah Florence Sales Center and Mock-up Villa.Follow housekeeping SOPs, risk assessments, method statements, company policies, and procedures.Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and carry out all cleaning activities safely.Complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame and maintain consistent cleaning standards.Proactively support housekeeping operations at designated site locations.Remain attentive to surroundings and maintain focus while performing duties.Interact with clients, customers, visitors, and the public in a professional, polite, and confident manner.Maintain regular communication with the Housekeeping Supervisor and seek guidance when necessary.Follow instructions from site Facilities Management (FM) management regarding housekeeping operations and other assigned tasks.Understand and comply with applicable community rules and promptly report any violations or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience; 1–3 years of experience is preferred.Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.High school education.Good command of English and effective communication skills.Organized, flexible, responsible, and attentive to detail.Focused and capable of completing assigned tasks within the required time frame.Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety instructions, and supervisor guidance.Work location: Azizi Florence Sales Center and Mock-up Villa, Sharjah
