Key Responsibilities
Clean resident rooms, common areas, fixtures, and surfaces according to established housekeeping procedures and schedules.Follow infection prevention and sanitation protocols at all times.Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.Build positive relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and other departments.Respond courteously and professionally to resident and staff requests.Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or operational issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.Complete additional duties as assigned by department leadership.
Qualifications
Ability to perform housekeeping and environmental services duties effectively.Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
