The role involves supervising daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities include overseeing room cleaning and laundry processes, conducting inspections, managing inventory of linens and supplies, and coordinating work schedules for housekeeping team members. The Housekeeping Executive will respond to guest requests, address service issues promptly, and collaborate with front office and engineering teams to support smooth hotel operations. The role may also include training team members on procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.Qualifications Strong knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations, including handling linens, cleaning equipment, and hygiene standards.Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments.Excellent organization skills to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records of rooms, inventories, and schedules.Experience in training and guiding team members, providing feedback, and supporting continuous improvement in service quality.Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.Understanding of safety, sanitation, and infection control practices in a hotel environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
