In this position, the team member will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to established standards. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring bathrooms are hygienic and well-stocked. The role also involves responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, following safety and sanitation procedures, and coordinating with supervisors and other departments. The Housekeeping GSA contributes directly to guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, orderly, and tranquil environment in line with the company’s values.Qualifications Ability to perform housekeeping tasks such as room cleaning, linen handling, bathroom sanitation, and upkeep of public areas.Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to maintain quality standards and complete daily checklists.Basic customer service skills, including polite communication with guests, responsiveness to requests, and professional behavior.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and carry cleaning supplies and linens for extended periods in a hotel or hospitality setting.Willingness to follow hygiene, safety, and environmental guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment.Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.Basic literacy and numeracy skills to understand instructions, complete records, and follow standard operating procedures.
