Bloom is a compelling choice for hotel owners seeking an innovative alternative to international chains and aims to grow into a 100,000-room platform serving over 300 million annual travelers.Role DescriptionThe Housekeeping GSA at Bloom is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms and public areas. The role includes performing daily cleaning tasks, handling laundry operations, restocking amenities, and ensuring all housekeeping procedures follow company guidelines and safety standards. The Housekeeping GSA interacts with guests to address housekeeping-related requests, provides prompt and courteous service, and supports a welcoming, comfortable environment. The role also involves coordinating with the housekeeping team, reporting maintenance issues, and participating in ongoing training to uphold Bloom’s quality and service standards.QualificationsStrong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and attention to detail.Experience with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and linen management.Customer service skills with the ability to respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, teammates, and supervisors.Ability to participate in training and apply standard operating procedures consistently.Basic understanding of safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in hospitality environments.Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform physical housekeeping tasks.
