Housekeeping Manager – Healthcare | Makkah/Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaLocation: Makkah/Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaSector: HealthcareExperience: 5+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-time (48 hours per week)The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing private healthcare groups.With a rapidly expanding network of hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Kingdom, our client is investing heavily in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, infection prevention and patient experience across its operations.Based in Riyadh, you will take responsibility for housekeeping and environmental services across multiple healthcare facilities, leading teams to ensure consistently high standards across patient, clinical, public and administrative areas.This is a key operational leadership position offering the opportunity to shape housekeeping standards across a growing healthcare network and play an important role in the successful opening of new facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multi-site housekeeping operations across hospitals in Riyadh, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and patient experience.Manage and develop Housekeeping Supervisors and teams, including workforce planning, scheduling and performance management.Establish and maintain housekeeping, infection prevention and QHSE standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.Oversee cleaning protocols, linen services, equipment and supplies, while managing external housekeeping contractors.Drive continuous improvement through inspections, audits, KPIs and corrective action plans.Support the opening and mobilisation of new hospitals, ensuring housekeeping services are fully operational and standards are embedded from day one.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.5+ years' experience managing housekeeping operations within hospitals, healthcare facilities or large hospitality environments.Previous healthcare housekeeping experience is highly preferred.Proven experience leading housekeeping teams and managing operational performance.GCC experience would be an advantage.Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, infection prevention and healthcare hygiene standards.Understanding of QHSE and hospital accreditation requirements.Strong leadership, planning, reporting and communication skills.Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Additional RequirementsWillingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities across Riyadh as required.Experience managing female staff accommodation would be an advantage.Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.Why Consider This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to join a high-growth healthcare organisation at a pivotal stage of its expansion in Saudi Arabia.You will have the opportunity to lead housekeeping operations across multiple facilities, establish best-practice standards and directly contribute to the cleanliness, safety and overall patient experience within a rapidly developing healthcare network.If you have strong housekeeping leadership experience and are ready to take on a multi-site role within Saudi Arabia's expanding healthcare sector, we would be keen to hear from you.
