Housekeeping Manager

If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and take pride in a job well done, then start your application today!Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearlyQualificationsA High school diploma or GED is requiredThe ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar positionStrong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipmentAt least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services ResponsibilitiesDocument areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front officeEnsure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as neededOversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning suppliesSupervise housekeeping staff as they perform daily assignments, including cleaning all guest rooms and public areasHire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectations
