This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership experience who can manage a multi-level team while maintaining consistent 4-star quality standards.What You'll DoOversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-houseDevelop and enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in line with 4-star hotel expectationsManage, train, and schedule housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, and linen attendantsMonitor inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials, and manage related budgets/costsConduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality controlCoordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams on room status, guest requests, and repairsHandle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsWhat We OfferCareer development and advancement opportunities within a growing hospitality groupA collaborative and professional working environmentThe opportunity to shape housekeeping standards for a new 4-star propertyWho Should Apply5–6 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a 4-star or similar hotelStrong leadership, organizational, and people-management skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsGood command of English (spoken and written)Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysPrior experience with housekeeping management systems is an advantageApply in ConfidenceIf you are a housekeeping professional looking to lead a team and shape standards at a new 4-star property, we invite you to apply and become part of Times Inn.
