Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage housekeeping and laundry teams including outsourced staffOversee quality control of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and linenManage departmental budgeting and control housekeeping and laundry inventoryCoach and develop team members to improve performance and service qualityEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel regulatory standardsRespond promptly to guest requests, special requirements, and complaintsPlan and support execution of deep-cleaning and special housekeeping projectsDrive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivityCollaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experienceManage housekeeping operations during peak and busy periodsImplement training programs to uphold luxury service standards

Requirements

5+ years experience in hotel housekeeping managementProven leadership in managing diverse housekeeping teamsKnowledge of hotel safety, hygiene, and regulatory standardsExperience managing housekeeping and laundry inventory and budgetingStrong guest service orientation with complaint resolution skillsFamiliarity with luxury hotel housekeeping quality standardsAbility to plan and execute deep-cleaning and special projectsExperience collaborating with other hotel departmentsProficiency in Japanese and English communicationSkills in operational efficiency and productivity improvement
