Housekeeping Supervisor

Job PurposeThe Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations at Topgolf Abu Dhabi, ensuring all guest-facing and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The role involves supervising housekeeping attendants, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, restrooms, offices, dining outlets, and back-of-house facilities.Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.Train, coach, and develop housekeeping associates to improve productivity and service quality.Manage housekeeping schedules, attendance, and staff deployment.Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and linens.Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering team for timely resolution.Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of housekeeping team members.Maintain accurate records, reports, and cleaning checklists.Assist with deep cleaning projects and special event preparation as required.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or a similar environment.Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods, and safety standards.Experience leading and motivating multicultural teams.Good communication skills in English.Basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Skills & CompetenciesLeadership and team managementAttention to detailTime management and organizationProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationAbility to work under pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skills
