Employment Type: Full-timeJoining Date: ImmediatePreferred Candidates: Saudi nationalsFor non-Saudi applicants: A valid, transferable Iqama is mandatoryWe are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all internal housekeeping operations within a high-end residential complex in Riyadh.The successful candidate will maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service standards, ensuring residents receive an experience comparable to a five-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping team
• Inspect residential units, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Maintain five-star cleanliness and presentation standards
• Prepare daily assignments and cleaning schedules
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, and inventory
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, grooming, and service standards
• Report maintenance issues and follow up until completion
• Handle residents’ requests professionally and discreetly
• Maintain inspection checklists and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety requirementsCandidate Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in a five-star hotel, luxury residential complex, serviced residence, or private residence
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and quality inspections
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Professional appearance and a discreet, respectful manner
• English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Available to join immediately
• Currently based in Riyadh or able to relocate immediately
• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory for non-Saudi applicants
