Housekeeping Supervisor

Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring the venue's public areas consistently meet Bâoli's presentation and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule the Housekeeping Attendant team across shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including restrooms, pool deck, cabanas, and guest-facing spaces.Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, procedures, and safety practices.Conduct regular inspections of public areas, addressing gaps before they affect the guest experience.Manage stock levels and ordering of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linen.Coordinate with Floor, Maintenance, and Guest Relations teams to resolve cleanliness or facility issues promptly.Maintain cleaning schedules and checklists, adjusting for events, peak periods, and the day-to-night transition.Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards across the team.Support onboarding and performance management of housekeeping staff.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a housekeeping role, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality venues.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.High attention to detail and consistency in maintaining standards.Comfortable managing a team under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.Good understanding of hygiene, health, and safety standards.Good English communication skills.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
