Location: Kanyakumari/ BangaloreRole SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to manage on-ground housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficient team execution, and a seamless guest experience.Key Responsibilities & OutcomesOperations & StandardsEnsure cleanliness across rooms, corridors, and common areas in line with defined standardsTask Allocation & ExecutionManage daily room allocation, deep cleaning schedules, and team task distributionQuality Control & AuditsConduct routine inspections (including ~80 rooms daily) to ensure adherence to quality benchmarksTeam SupervisionOversee performance of housekeeping staff and drive discipline in executionCustomer ExperienceHandle guest requests and complaints effectively; maintain high CSAT through timely resolutionCoordination & EscalationsReport maintenance issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closureService DeliveryEnsure all operations are executed as per SOPs with consistency and efficiencyEligibility & Skills2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1+ year as a supervisor (hospitality preferred)Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and processesGood team supervision and task management skillsAbility to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints effectivelySkills: housekeeping supervisor,facility management,housekeeping
