Whether you thrive in the fast-paced environment of a luxury hotel or the personalized setting of high-end residences, there is a role for you.Available PositionsHotel Housekeeping Supervisor: Overseeing room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry operations in 5-star hotel settings.Residence Housekeeping Supervisor: Managing cleaning schedules, deep cleaning projects, and staff for luxury residential towers.Mid-Scale Property Supervisor: Leading teams in vibrant, high-volume hotel environments.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house zones to ensure they meet rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse team of Room Attendants, Housemen, and Public Area Cleaners. Conduct briefings and performance reviews.Operational Planning: Manage duty rosters, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor productivity to ensure timely room turnover and service delivery.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of linens, amenities, and cleaning chemicals; minimize wastage and control costs while maintaining quality.Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance defects promptly to the Engineering department and follow up on repairs.Guest & Resident Relations: Respond swiftly to special requests, complaints, or feedback regarding cleanliness, ensuring high satisfaction scores.Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols (including HACCP where applicable) and ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury residential community.Education: High school diploma required; a certificate or degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog) are highly valued.

Technical Skills
