Its one-stop lifestyle management offering extends to events, travel coordination, and other personalized services that support an elevated standard of living.Role Description The Housekeeping Trainer – Luxury Hospitality | UAE is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation, planning, and virtual training sessions. The role involves designing and delivering housekeeping training programs for luxury hospitality and high-end residential environments, focusing on service excellence, grooming standards, and attention to detail. The trainer will create and update training materials, SOPs, checklists, and evaluation tools aligned with brand standards and client expectations in the UAE market. Daily responsibilities include conducting on-site and virtual training sessions, coaching housekeeping staff, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements in cleaning techniques, organization, guest-service etiquette, and safety practices. The role also includes collaborating with management and clients to understand property-specific requirements, supporting audits or quality inspections, and ensuring consistent implementation of luxury housekeeping standards.QualificationsSolid experience in housekeeping operations and training within luxury hotels, resorts, or premium residential properties.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, tools, and hygiene standards appropriate for high-end environments.Ability to develop structured training programs, SOPs, manuals, and evaluation frameworks for housekeeping teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills to train and motivate diverse staff groups.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and consistency in execution.Comfort with hybrid work, including on-site training in Faridabad and remote preparation or follow-up tasks.Cultural awareness and professionalism when working with elite clientele and international standards, including UAE hospitality norms.Prior experience in international or GCC/UAE hospitality settings is highly desirable.Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; professional housekeeping or training certifications are an advantage.Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools for preparing training content and reports.
