The resort values collaboration, professionalism, and attention to detail in daily operations.Role Description The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are consistently clean, well-maintained, and presented to resort standards. This full-time, on-site role involves planning staff schedules, assigning tasks, and supervising housekeeping team members to maintain productivity and service quality. The Housekeeping Manager monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, coordinates equipment maintenance, and ensures adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols. The role includes inspecting rooms and common areas, training team members on procedures and service standards, and collaborating with Front Office and Facilities teams to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly. The Housekeeping Manager also supports continuous improvement by updating processes, reporting operational needs, and contributing to guest satisfaction initiatives.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, with experience in team coordination and performance management.Knowledge of equipment maintenance and proper use of cleaning tools, machinery, and products to ensure safety and longevity.Experience in facility management (FM) and facilities operations, including room inspection routines, space upkeep, and adherence to hygiene standards.Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and guests, and for documenting procedures and reports.Previous housekeeping or hospitality management experience, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.Understanding of occupational health and safety practices, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations.Ability to work on-site in Halol, manage shifting priorities, and remain hands-on during peak operational periods.Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
