Kazema General Trading LLC and Poly Pods Industries LLC are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support recruitment, employee onboarding and daily HR and administrative operations.About UsWe provide portable sanitation solutions, including portable toilets, handwash stations, shower cabins and customised units, serving customers across the UAE and international markets through sales and rental services.
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time, on-siteReporting to: Executive AssistantExperience: 1–2 years in HR and administrationKey ResponsibilitiesAssist with job postings, CV screening, candidate follow-ups and interview coordination.Coordinate onboarding, joining documentation, induction schedules and training arrangements.Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases and document expiry trackers.Follow up on visa, Emirates ID and labour card renewals with employees and the relevant PRO or service provider.Maintain attendance and leave records and compile HR inputs for payroll review.Prepare routine HR letters and support the communication and implementation of company policies.Respond to routine employee queries and escalate matters requiring review or approval.Coordinate office supplies, vendor follow-ups and other administrative arrangements.Track pending tasks and maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.What We’re Looking For1–2 years of relevant experience; UAE experience preferred.Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation and UAE employment procedures.Good written and spoken English, with strong coordination and follow-up skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.Attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Immediate joiners preferred.
