This strategic step strengthens our long-term commitment and enables us to further build our omnichannel brand with a strong local presence.As a trusted advisor to leaders, the HR Advisor & Talent Partner will proactively identify people opportunities and challenges, translate business ambitions into effective HR and talent strategies, and ensure organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and long-term success.You will partner with the business to build and develop a high-performing retail organisation in a rapidly growing and evolving market. By combining HR advisory with hands-on talent acquisition and workforce planning, this role ensures the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of the right talent to support sustainable business growth.Key ActivitiesRetail HR Strategy & Workforce PlanningContribute to the development of the Retail HR strategy and translate this into a local people and talent agenda.Drive strategic workforce planning to ensure the organisation has the capabilities and talent required to support current and future business growth.Partner with business leaders to identify organisational needs and proactively develop solutions.Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingLead the end-to-end recruitment process for all key positions within the market, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offer management and onboarding.Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.Develop and execute local talent attraction strategies to strengthen Rituals' employer brand and market presence.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and external networks to ensure access to high-quality candidates.Monitor labour market developments and competitor activities and translate insights into effective recruitment strategies.HR Policies, Tools & ProceduresImplement, communicate and execute HR policies, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company standards.Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, employment law and employee relations matters.Talent Development & Employee ExperienceDrive talent review, succession planning and development activities.Support leaders in creating a high-performance culture focused on engagement, wellbeing and continuous growth.Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employeesPrimary ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR and Talent Partner for the retail leadership team (Shop Managers, Area Managers and Head of Retail), regarding all complex people-related matters.Act as the key driver of talent acquisition within the market, ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of high-performing talent.Directly manage recruitment processes for critical and hard-to-fill positions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.Lead and implement HR initiatives and projects related to leadership development, onboarding, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and capability building.Continuously assess labour market dynamics and evolving business needs to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.SkillsBusiness InsightUnderstands market developments, labour market trends and their impact on organisational growth.Translates business strategies into effective people and talent solutions.Talent Attraction & Organisation BuildingDemonstrates strong capability in identifying, attracting and assessing talent in competitive markets.Builds sustainable talent pipelines and develops innovative sourcing strategies.Balances immediate hiring needs with long-term organisational capability building.Understands how talent acquisition contributes to organisational growth and business performance.Communicates EffectivelyInfluences stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.Communicates complex information clearly, professionally and persuasively.Optimises Work ProcessesContinuously improves HR processes, recruitment practices and employee experiences.Leverages data and insights to drive quality and efficiency.Ensures AccountabilityTakes ownership for delivering business and people outcomes.Maintains a strong focus on execution and results in a fast-paced environment.Builds trusted relationships with employees, leaders, candidates and external partners.Acts with integrity, consistency and credibility in all interactions.What You’ll Bring:High on energy, low on ego, and with lots of humor. You’re ambitious, strategic, and eager to raise the bar for recruitment.8+ years of HR & Recruitment experience in the Middle East region, with proven expertise in proactive sourcing and talent strategies.Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve recruitment processes.Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and build trust.Experience advising and challenging stakeholders at senior management level.Strong analytical and conceptual skills to turn market insights into strategy.A collaborative mindset: you enjoy working with your peers and stakeholders to achieve results.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse audiences. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. Hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with the agility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
