HR & People Manager

NH Management is seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations across our DIFC and ADGM entities.We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who takes ownership, demonstrates sound judgement and ensures HR processes are managed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with applicable employment regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding.Prepare, review and maintain employment contracts, offer letters and employee documentation.Ensure HR processes comply with applicable DIFC and ADGM employment regulations.Coordinate employee visas, work permits, medical insurance and renewals.Maintain accurate employee records and monitor all HR-related deadlines.Manage leave administration, probation reviews, employee benefits and payroll coordination.Prepare and verify end-of-service calculations and termination documentation.Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and internal HR controls.Manage HR systems and support improvements to digital HR workflows.Provide timely HR updates and escalate matters requiring management approval.Requirements3–5 years of practical HR experience in the UAE.Familiarity with DIFC and/or ADGM employment regulations is strongly preferred.Experience independently managing employee documentation and HR administration.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.Ability to prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines without constant supervision.Good English communication and documentation skills.Professional, discreet, accountable and proactive.Experience with HR management systems is an advantage.Who Will Succeed in This Role?Someone who takes responsibility, pays attention to details, verifies information before acting and consistently follows through on commitments.To ApplySubmit your CV through LinkedIn and complete the application screening questions.
