HR & Receptionist (OWN VISA)

Location: Al Barsha 1, DubaiSalary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per monthWorking Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMJoining: ImmediateVisa: Candidates with their own valid UAE visa preferredWe are looking for a presentable, confident, and well-organized HR Cum Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Al Barsha, Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and administrative skills and be comfortable handling both front-desk responsibilities and basic HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients professionally and manage the reception/front desk.Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, confirmations, and patient follow-ups.Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and clinical staff.Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.Maintain staff attendance, leave records, schedules, and HR files.Assist management with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.Handle basic employee queries and coordinate documentation related to staff.Support patient service and help ensure a smooth overall clinic experience.Perform other reception, HR, and administrative duties assigned by management.Candidate RequirementsPresentable with a professional appearance and attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in HR, reception, administration, or customer service preferred.Healthcare/dental clinic experience is an advantage.Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer systems.Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.Preferably residing in or easily able to commute to Al Barsha.Must be comfortable working 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.Immediate joiners preferred.Own UAE visa preferred.Salary Package: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on experience and suitability.Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV, current location, visa status, and availability to join.
