SUBO | Surat, Gujarat | On-site | Full-time InternshipSUBO is a contemporary women’s wear brand based in Surat, building a fashion label that brings together thoughtful design, modern aesthetics, and strong craftsmanship.We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team and work closely with the founders and team across hiring, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.What You’ll Be Working OnHandle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisitionSource and screen candidates across different rolesCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communicationMaintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersAssist with onboarding and joining formalitiesSupport employee engagement and internal activitiesHelp maintain HR records, documentation, and attendanceAssist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasksWork closely with different teams to understand hiring requirementsWhat We’re Looking ForGraduates pursuing HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable speaking with candidates and coordinating interviewsProactive, responsible, and willing to learnGood working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS OfficeSomeone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environmentPrior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Internship Details
