Every team member is expected to use modern AI tools responsibly as part of their daily work.About the RoleElchai Group is looking for an organized and proactive HR & Talent Operations Intern to support recruitment, candidate assessment, onboarding, and the operation of the Elchai internal academy.This is not only an administrative HR role. The intern will help manage a structured talent pipeline that covers job postings, applicant screening, assessment tasks, AI-assisted interviews, three-day trials, attendance, task tracking, and candidate evaluation.The successful candidate must be comfortable working with structured processes, confidential information, recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted HR workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesThe intern will support the HR team with:Writing and publishing job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platformsReviewing CVs and screening applicants against role requirementsSending pre-interview assessments and tracking submissionsCoordinating structured interviews supported by Elchai Pulse or other approved AI toolsInforming candidates when an AI assistant will support an interviewMaintaining standardized candidate scorecardsEnsuring that final hiring decisions are reviewed and approved by a responsible humanCoordinating three-day candidate trialsManaging candidate onboarding, attendance, and required documentationMaintaining a recruitment tracker showing each candidate’s stage, score, next action, and deadlineSupporting the Elchai Academy and internal training programmeAssigning and tracking academy tasksOrganizing two short task-review sessions each dayKeeping each task review focused and within the required timeIdentifying candidates or team members who are blocked, inactive, or unable to complete assigned tasksEscalating performance, attendance, or conduct concerns to the HR leadPreparing daily and weekly recruitment and academy reportsProtecting candidate confidentiality and handling personal information carefullySupporting fair and consistent evaluation across all candidatesCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be:Interested in HR, recruitment, talent assessment and people operationsHighly organized and comfortable managing several candidates at different stagesAble to communicate professionally with candidatesComfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, analysis and administrative supportAble to follow fixed processes, scoring criteria and deadlinesConfident using spreadsheets and candidate trackersCareful when handling confidential or personal informationProactive and able to identify problems without waiting for constant instructionsComfortable working in a fast-moving AI-first companyAvailable to work on-site in DubaiRequirementsStrong written and spoken EnglishGood organizational and communication skillsBasic understanding of recruitment, HR administration, or onboardingFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms is preferredFamiliarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Notion, or similar toolsComfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI toolsAbility to prepare clear reports and maintain accurate recordsGood judgment, professionalism, and attention to detailAbility to work on-site in Dubai from Monday to FridayNice to HavePrevious HR, recruitment, administration or internship experienceExperience coordinating interviews or communicating with candidatesExperience creating candidate scorecards or recruitment trackersFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems or HR softwareExperience using AI tools for recruitment or administrative workflowsBasic understanding of data privacy, confidentiality and fair hiring practicesWhat You Will LearnHow an AI-first company manages recruitment and talent assessmentHow to write and publish professional job descriptionsHow to screen candidates using standardized criteriaHow AI-assisted interviews and human decision-making can work togetherHow to coordinate practical assessment tasks and candidate trialsHow to manage onboarding, attendance and academy operationsHow to build and maintain recruitment dashboards and scorecardsHow to evaluate candidates consistently and professionallyImportant NoteThis is an unpaid, on-site internship designed to provide practical experience in HR and talent operations.AI-generated scores or recommendations must never be treated as the final hiring decision.
