The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering attendance and leave, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The individual will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and preparing job descriptions aligned with organizational requirements. Administrative responsibilities include coordinating office operations, managing documentation, supporting management with reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor and company regulations. The role also requires close collaboration with project and management teams to support workforce planning and organizational efficiency.QualificationsStrong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience handling general HR operations.Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support organizational standards.Experience in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries, conflict resolution, and staff engagement.Capability in Job Description Development to support recruitment, performance management, and role clarity.Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or systems.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.Previous HR or administration
