Clients value an ethical, results-focused approach to AI, clean engineering practices, and strategic technical leadership that aligns with business goals.Role Description The HR Assistant will support day-to-day human resources operations for a growing, remote-first technical practice. This full-time remote role includes maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and helping manage HRIS data and documentation. The HR Assistant will coordinate benefits administration, track time-off requests, and support compliance with applicable policies and procedures. The role also involves scheduling training sessions, supporting performance review processes, and acting as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries. The HR Assistant will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure a positive, organized, and efficient people experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core people operations and processes.Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate digital records and generate reports.Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with enrollment, changes, and employee communications.Candidates should possess skills in Training to help coordinate onboarding, learning activities, and basic HR-related education.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information responsibly.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working in a fully remote environment and across time zones.Previous experience in an HR support, administrative, or people operations role is preferred.Familiarity with labor practices and HR compliance standards; relevant coursework or a degree in HR, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
