Role Description The Director at TechMero will provide strategic leadership across digital marketing, operations, and client management in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Vadodara, involves setting business objectives, overseeing campaign strategies, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define growth plans, track performance metrics, and optimize processes to improve ROI for clients. Daily responsibilities include supervising project execution, mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring alignment between client goals and internal capabilities. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with key clients, championing data-driven decision-making, and contributing to long-term organizational strategy.QualificationsStrong expertise in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, and campaign optimization to drive high ROI.Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including marketers, strategists, and designers.Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and account growth.Experience with analytics, data interpretation, and using insights to inform business and marketing decisions.Background in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Track record of overseeing high-growth initiatives or scaling organizations or client accounts in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.Comfort working on-site in Vadodara and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
