Role Description The Director role at Prime Scan is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria. The Director oversees the daily operations of the radiology center, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to clinical and safety standards, and high-quality patient experience. Key responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with radiologists and medical staff, optimizing resource utilization, and monitoring performance metrics. The Director leads strategic planning, supports business development initiatives, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. This role also involves guiding process improvements, supporting staff training, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills in healthcare or a related clinical setting, including team supervision and performance management.Experience in hospital or radiology center operations, with knowledge of diagnostic imaging workflows, patient pathways, and quality standards.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with medical staff, administrative teams, patients, and external partners.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient safety protocols, and accreditation requirements relevant to radiology services.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, radiology, medicine, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria and maintain a strong presence to support staff and operations.Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.
