The organization continues to seek new business opportunities beyond the networking and communication sectors.Role DescriptionThe HR Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rosario, supporting the human resources function across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. This position assists in coordinating hiring processes, onboarding new team members, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The role includes supporting performance management activities, organizing training initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement programs. The HR Assistant Manager collaborates closely with department leaders to address HR-related issues, streamline HR procedures, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment. This role also helps implement HR policies and supports continuous improvement in HR practices aligned with LEI’s strategic goals.QualificationsMinimum of 5 Years Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to on-site operations in Rosario.Skills in performance management support, employee relations, and conflict resolution to foster a positive workplace culture.Ability to coordinate training, development activities, and engagement initiatives that support organizational growth.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency with HR information systems, office productivity tools, and data handling for reporting and analytics.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in HR or people operations is preferred.
