Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole SummaryThe HR Business Partner is responsible for managing and overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities across the business, acting as the main HR point of contact for management, branch teams and employees. This is a highly hands-on, operational 360° HR role covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, HR administration, training, employee engagement, compliance, Emiratization, insurance and disciplinary matters. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, managing a high volume of recruitment and employee-related matters while maintaining strong relationships with both management and employees. Regular visits to the branches will be required to maintain close contact with the teams and ensure HR matters are addressed effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment cycle across all branches and departments.Work closely with management and branch managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.Prepare and post vacancies, source candidates and conduct initial screening and interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.Manage offers, salary negotiations and joining formalities.Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeframe.Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and provide regular recruitment reports.Manage high-volume recruitment requirements, particularly for salon and beauty professionals.Build and maintain a pool of suitable candidates for recurring positions.Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and UAE employment regulations.Onboarding & Employee LifecycleManage the complete onboarding process for new employees.Coordinate with relevant departments regarding documentation, visa processing, medicals and joining formalities.Ensure employees receive the necessary company policies, procedures and information upon joining.Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations.Manage employee transfers, promotions, salary changes and other employment movements.Ensure employee files and HR records are complete and up to date.Manage the employee lifecycle through resignation, termination and final settlement processes.Payroll & CompensationOversee the monthly payroll process for approximately 380 employees.Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.Review attendance, leave, deductions, advances, salary changes and other payroll inputs.Review and validate commission calculations and payroll-related information submitted by branches.Manage WPS requirements and ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee salary queries.Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure appropriate confidentiality of employee compensation information.Support the continuous improvement and efficiency of payroll processes.Employee RelationsAct as the main HR point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related matters.Handle employee grievances, complaints, conflicts and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.Provide guidance to management and branch managers on employee-related issues.Conduct investigations where required and ensure appropriate documentation.Manage disciplinary procedures in line with company policies and UAE Labour Law.Support managers in handling performance and behavioural issues.Maintain a visible HR presence across the branches and develop strong relationships with employees at all levels.Identify recurring employee issues and recommend appropriate solutions to management.HR Administration & ComplianceEnsure all HR documentation and employee records are accurate, complete and up to date.Maintain HR databases, trackers and personnel files.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant employment regulations.Coordinate with the PRO regarding visa, work permit, cancellation and other government-related processes.Monitor employee contracts, probation periods, visas and other important employment dates.Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce data and analysis.Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented across all locations.EmiratizationSupport the company in meeting its Emiratization requirements.Monitor Emirati employee numbers and relevant government requirements.Support recruitment and retention initiatives for UAE nationals.Maintain accurate records and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding Emiratization matters.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs in collaboration with management and branch managers.Coordinate onboarding and induction training.Support the implementation of internal training programs and HR initiatives.Monitor employee development and training records.Work with managers to identify performance gaps and appropriate development solutions.Insurance & Employee BenefitsManage employee medical insurance administration and coordination with the insurance provider.Coordinate additions, deletions and employee insurance requirements.Assist employees and management with insurance-related queries.Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure timely processing of employee changes.Support annual insurance renewal processes and provide relevant employee data when required.Performance ManagementSupport managers with employee performance management.Coordinate probation and performance reviews.Provide guidance on performance improvement plans where required.Ensure performance-related documentation is properly maintained.Support management in identifying high performers and employees requiring additional development.Employee Engagement & HR SupportMaintain strong communication and relationships with employees across all locations.Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.Act as a trusted and approachable HR contact while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.Identify employee engagement concerns and provide recommendations to management.Support management with HR-related projects and initiatives as required.Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent employee relations skills.Strong recruitment and interviewing capabilities.Good understanding of payroll, operational environment.Experience RequirementMinimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi-site, retail, beauty, hospitality, wellness or similar fast-paced environment.Strong experience in a generalist / HR Business Partner role covering the full employee lifecycle.Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices in the UAE.Experience working with a large, diverse workforce.Experience supporting multiple locations or branches is highly
