Apply & track with Apply EdgeBased at our headquarters, you will join the Human Resources Department to actively support our managers with their HR and recruitment needs.You will be responsible for a specific geographic area within France. We are an ambitious, rapidly growing company; we are creating this role to strengthen our current HR team and need you to help us continue our expansion. Our sites are extraordinary—featuring large water parks and extensive recreational facilities—with teams ranging from 10 to 100 people per campsite depending on the season (www.capfun.com). Each site is managed by a leadership duo (comprising an operations manager and a technical manager).These managers are responsible for the smooth running of their site across financial, HR, and customer-facing areas. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will play an active role in the operational support of managers and staff across numerous Capfun sites in the Netherlands and parts of France. Your day-to-day duties will include: - Collaborating with managers to plan and analyze the necessary measures (HR forecasting, budgeting) to align resources with each site's needs;- Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day HR matters: recruitment planning, HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, action plan implementation, skills assessments, and performance reviews (EAE);- Advising managers on team relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws regarding working conditions, health, and safety;- Coordinating the handling and follow-up of disciplinary cases within your assigned area, in collaboration with Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Directors;- Helping to optimize HR processes; - Support and advise managers to foster greater autonomy within their profit centers (covering areas such as health & safety, recruitment, disciplinary matters, etc.);- Directly manage skills development, identify high-potential talent, and oversee employee career paths within the Group;- Contribute to rolling out the diversity and inclusion policy within your scope, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations regarding gender equality, non-discrimination, and disability policies. This is a highly operational role where people are at the heart of everything.You will act as the guardian of the Group’s HR policy and best practices.Occasional travel is required. WHO ARE YOU? You are dynamic, organized, and a strong team player.You possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills.You are approachable, able to build trusting relationships with managers, and proactive in proposing solutions.You have an excellent command of French, English, and Dutch is a real plus !You are responsive and capable of adapting to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment!You hold a Master’s-level degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources or Employment Law and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multi-site environment.You have a strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.A valid driver’s license (Category B) is essential.
