Position: HR Business PartnerCompensation: AED 20,000-25,000 plus standard benefits Location: Dubai, UAEOverviewGateworth is delighted to be partnering with one of the most respected family groups operating across the real estate, retail, and education sectors to recruit a HR Business Partner. As the business continues to expand its regional presence, it is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to contribute to the success of its people growth and development. Serving as a key advisor to the leadership teams of the Education division, the HR Business Partner will translate business strategy into people-focused initiatives that support growth and high performance. This role will have oversight across a diverse operational landscape, including corporate functions, and educational institutions across the UAE and the broader Middle East ensuring both commercial success and an exceptional employee experienceMain Responsibilities· Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of teaching, academic, and support staff, ensuring a positive employee lifecycle experience. · Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance, conduct, grievances, and disciplinary processes across educational institutions. · Collaborate with school leadership teams on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to meet current and future staffing requirements. · Partner with Principals, School Leaders, and department heads to deliver HR initiatives that support educational excellence, staff engagement, and organisational objectives. · Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives that promote a high-performance culture across the Education division. · Ensure compliance with labour legislation, safeguarding requirements, HR policies, and educational regulatory standards. Qualifications & Prerequisites· 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the education sector, with some exposure to retail or multi-site operations. · Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. · Experience working closely with managers and board level stakeholders across diverse business functions. · Solid understanding of UAE labour Law and HR compliance requirements. · Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. · CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification preferred. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.ApplyApplicants meeting this criterion and looking for a progressive and challenging opportunity should submit an application via, apply@gateworth.com quoting the GWG reference 22103.
