HR Business Partner (M/F)

The CompanyOur client is a leading multinational player in the flavours, fragrances and ingredients industry, serving the food, beverage, personal care and home care markets. As part of the development of its HR organisation, we are recruiting an HR Business Partner to support the site's operations and management teams.Your RoleReporting to the HR Director, you act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and take full ownership of the HR agenda for your scope:Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational design and day-to-day people mattersDrive the full talent cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and internal mobilityLead the annual HR processes (performance reviews, salary review, talent review) for your perimeterSupport change management and organisational transformation projectsIdentify training needs and build development plans in line with business prioritiesEnsure compliance with local labour legislation, internal policies and group standardsManage employee relations, including relations with employee representativesContribute to engagement, retention and employer-branding initiativesTrack and analyse HR KPIs to support data-driven decisionsYour ProfileMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role, ideally within an international industrial or manufacturing environmentSolid command of local labour law and HR best practicesFluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with international stakeholders); French is a strong assetProven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholdersStrong business acumen, autonomy, confidentiality and hands-on mindsetComfortable working in a matrix organisation and with HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
