Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA or MSW in Human Resources is preferred.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).High energy, structured approach to problem-solving, and a proactive mindset. HR Executive – Payroll & Statutory Compliance (1 Position)Experience: 2–4 years in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory operations

Employment Type: Full-time, On-siteCore Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance cycles, and leave adjustments.Ensuring accurate calculation and timely filing of statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS).Handling statutory registers, monthly returns, and audit documentation under applicable Shops & Establishments and factory norms.Coordinating full-and-final (F&F) settlements, gratuity payouts, and exit documentation.Addressing employee queries regarding payroll breakdowns, tax declarations, and deductions.

Requirements
