HR Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to act as an internal consultant and strategic partner to the business, supporting leaders on a broad range of people, organisational, and workforce-related matters. The role will focus on diagnosing business challenges, identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness, and developing practical people solutions that support business priorities. Working across multiple stakeholders and functions, the individual will provide independent advice, facilitate strategic discussions, and help shape key initiatives relating to workforce capability, talent, operating models, and organisational development. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR consulting, organisational effectiveness, or strategic HR partnering, with strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and drive outcomes in a complex environment.
