HR Consulting Manager - This Job is under "Takamol Solutions Company" Job Purpose: Lead HR consulting engagements for external clients by delivering strategic people solutions that drive organizational transformation and business performance.Job Requirements: Saudi Nationals only.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).8+ years of experience in HR consulting, management consulting, or HR transformation consulting.Experience in a leading consulting firm (Big Four, Tier 1/Tier 2, or a specialized HR consulting firm).Proven experience leading HR consulting engagements and managing client relationships.Strong expertise across most of the following areas:(HR Strategy & Operating Model Design, Organization Design & Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Transformation & Change Management, HR Policies, Governance & Operating Procedures).Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.Experience in proposal development and business development support is highly preferred.
