The team is committed to continuous innovation and delivering exceptional experiences to its community in Saudi Arabia.Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR Operations function. The role will focus on day-to-day HR administrative activities, employee records, and handling HR-related processes through Saudi government platforms.Key Responsibilities• Support daily HR Operations and administrative activities.• Maintain and update employee records, documents, and HR databases.• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other employee-related processes.• Handle and follow up on HR transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant platforms.• Ensure employee information and documentation are accurate and up to date.• Assist with employment contracts, renewals, and employee documentation.• Coordinate with employees and internal departments regarding HR-related requests and requirements.• Follow up on employee visas, work permits, and residency-related processes when required.• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as needed.• Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within required timelines.• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.• Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations.• Hands-on experience with Saudi government HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.• Good understanding of basic Saudi labor and HR procedures.• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.• High attention to detail and accuracy.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Good command of Arabic and English.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
