Apply & track with Apply EdgeGeneral Overview:Our client, a leading multinational insurance organisation, is seeking a proactive and driven HR & Emiratizations Officer to support and strengthen its Emirati talent strategy.Based in Dubai, this full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to play a meaningful role in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining Emirati talent while supporting the organization’s Emiratizations objectives and regulatory commitments. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for developing Emirati talent within a professional corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive UAEN recruitment initiatives by building relationships with universities, government entities, and platforms such as Nafis.Represent the organisation at Emiratizations-focused career fairs, events, and talent initiatives.Support the development and implementation of training, career development, and growth programmes for Emirati employees.Monitor UAEN attrition, engagement, and workforce trends, identifying opportunities to strengthen retention.Support the organisation in meeting Emiratizations targets and regulatory requirements.Ensure accurate and timely reporting related to Emiratizations and UAEN workforce initiatives.Manage relevant CBUAE, Nafis, and GPSSA portals and maintain accurate records and submissions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful onboarding, development, and engagement of UAEN employees.Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and strengthen the organization’s UAEN talent pipeline.Key Requirements:Emirati with FamiIy Book.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or Emiratizations, ideally within a corporate environment.Good understanding of Emiratizations initiatives, processes, and regulatory requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and reporting capabilities.Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach with a genuine interest in Emirati talent development.Comfortable working in a fully onsite, five-day work environment in Dubai.
