🚨 WE ARE HIRING | HR Executive – Construction & Facility Management (Immediate Joiner) 🇦🇪Are you a proactive HR professional with specialized experience in the UAE Construction and Facility Management (FM) sectors?We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition for site and technical teams, employee relations, and government compliance across active contracting and FM projects.This role is ideal for structured professionals who can manage blue-collar and white-collar workforces and are ready to start immediately!📄 HR Operations & Workforce Management⚡ Immediate Joiner Required (Immediate / Max 1–2 Weeks Notice)📍 Dubai, UAE💼 Full-Time🔎 What We're Looking For:✅ 3–5 years of UAE HR experience specifically within Construction, Contracting, or Facility Management industries✅ Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for site personnel, engineers, technicians, and MEP/FM staff✅ In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE compliance, Tasheel operations, and visa processes✅ Hands-on experience in high-volume workforce management, site deployments, and camp/transportation coordination✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline✅ Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• TALENT ACQUISITION: End-to-end recruitment for white-collar (engineers, project managers, FM supervisors) and blue-collar (MEP technicians, site labor) teams.
• ONBOARDING & DEPLOYMENT: Manage site mobilization, induction programs, uniform/tool issuance, and camp/transportation logistics for new hires.
• GOVERNMENT & PRO COORDINATION: Liaise with PRO teams to track MOHRE contracts, visa quotas, Emirates ID applications, and medical fitness tests.
• EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & SITE COMPLIANCE: Serve as the primary point of contact for site staff queries, grievances, payroll inputs, attendance logs, and OT approvals.
• PERFORMANCE & OFFBOARDING: Coordinate annual performance appraisals, handle leave administration, exit interviews, and End-of-Service Benefit (EOSB) clearances.✨ What We Offer:
