HR Executive (Construction & Fitout)

Revive Renovation is a growing Dubai-based contracting and renovation company specializing in high-end villa renovations, residential fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, swimming pools, and joinery works. We work across some of Dubai’s leading residential communities and are continuing to expand our team and operations.The Role We are looking for a mid-level HR professional to take ownership of our day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboardingMaintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentationCoordinate monthly payroll and attendance with AccountsHandle employee relations, warnings, and disciplinary mattersManage UAE labour, visa, and employee documentationPrepare HR letters, reports, and company policiesPrepare and review employee yearly goals and ensure alignment with company-wide targets.Support management with HR and manpower requirementsRequirements:3–5 years of UAE HR experienceGood knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practicesStrong communication and organizational skillsConstruction/contracting experience preferredImmediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferredTo Apply: Please send your CV, expected salary, and earliest joining date to georges.chahwan@reviverenovation.ae
