HR Executive / HR Coordinator / HR Officer

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Director will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, service delivery, client relationships, and financial performance. This role involves leading and developing teams, setting performance goals, and ensuring high standards in certified and specialized translation projects. The Director will coordinate with key stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, monitor market trends, and drive business growth initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and representing the company in external meetings and negotiations.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team development and performance oversight.Experience in translation, localization, or language services operations and quality management.Strong strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management abilities.Proficiency in project management, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and optimizing resources.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting within a service-oriented business.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and make data-informed decisions.
