We aren't just looking for an administrator; we need a strategic partner who can manage the full lifecycle of high-performing real estate talent while ensuring 100% compliance with the latest UAE labor standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the hiring cycle for Property Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.Ensure all contracts and operations align with the 2026 UAE Labor Law updates.Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, performance management, and culture-building.Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management via HR systems.Oversee the administrative side of RERA card applications and renewals for the sales team.Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of UAE-based HR experience within a Real Estate Brokerage.Must be a current UAE ResidentStrong "headhunting" ability for commission-based sales roles.Proficiency in HR Management and HR OperationsStrong skills in Employee Relations and HR PoliciesSound knowledge of the local Labor Law and statutory complianceExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple HR functions and work in a dynamic environmentProficiency in MS Office and HR systems.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhat we offerCompetitive fixed salary of AED 10K - 12K.A vibrant, multicultural, and professional working environment with a "recognition-first" culture.📩 Apply Now: Send your CV to hr@expertproperties.com
