The team is committed to guiding learners, building confidence, and creating meaningful career opportunities for a diverse student community.Role Description The HR Faculty role at Edwin Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The HR Faculty member will design and deliver HR-related course content, including lectures, workshops, and practical sessions aligned with current industry practices. Responsibilities include developing curricula and lesson plans, preparing learning materials and assessments, and evaluating student performance. The role also involves mentoring learners, providing feedback on assignments and projects, and supporting career readiness through interview preparation and soft skills training. The HR Faculty will collaborate with other trainers and the academic team to continuously update course content and participate in academic meetings, student orientation programs, and institutional initiatives.Qualifications Strong knowledge of core HR domains such as recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies.Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and classroom or online instruction, preferably in HR or business-related subjects.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.Ability to apply practical HR examples, case studies, and industry practices to teaching to make concepts job-relevant.Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, including guiding students on career paths, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple batches, schedules, and academic tasks.Proficiency with basic office and educational tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, learning platforms) and comfort with technology-based teaching.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or training are an advantage.Prior industry experience in HR and/or teaching or training experience in an academic or corporate setting is highly beneficial.
