Ltd.About Us Shri Paramani Jewels is a New Delhi jewellery house with a legacy since 1789, dealing all type of Gold and Silver jewellery, and precious stones. As we grow, we are setting up our first in-house HR function and looking for someone who wants to build and own it end to end.The Role This is a rare opportunity to run the entire HR function for a heritage jewellery business, working directly with the founders. You will be the single point of ownership for everything people related: hiring, payroll, policy, and everything in between, with real autonomy and visibility from day one.What You'll OwnEmployee Relations: Handle workplace disputes and grievances fairly and confidentially, keeping a positive, professional environment across the team.Appraisals & Payroll: Run the monthly salary distribution process and coordinate periodic performance appraisals.Recruitment: Manage end to end hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers, to keep our stores and back office fully staffed.Attendance, Leave & Manpower Planning: Own policies around offs and shift timings, and ensure adequate staffing coverage at every point in time.Documentation & Compliance: Handle the full paperwork lifecycle, including onboarding, NDAs, exits and terminations, leave records, and statutory compliance such as ESIC and PF.What We're Looking For3 to 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Executive, ideally from a retail, trading, manufacturing, or other SME/owner led business (jewellery or luxury retail experience is a strong plus).Comfortable being the sole HR person: hands on, organized, and able to get things done without a large team around you.Working knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act), and standard HR documentation.Strong interpersonal skills; you'll be the person employees trust with sensitive matters.Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.Why Join UsFull ownership of the HR function from day one; build the processes your way.Direct access to and mentorship from the founders of a jewellery house with over two centuries of legacy.A respected, established name in Delhi's jewellery trade, with room to grow as the company scales.Interested candidates can apply directly to this post or share their resume; shortlisted applicants will receive a short screening form followed by interviews.
