HR Generalist - People & Culture

We are hiring a HR Generalist - People & Culture with our client in the construction and contracting industry. Position: HR Generalist - People & CultureIndustry: Construction and Contracting Location: DubaiSalary: Up to AED 10,000Job responsibilities:Champion company values, run engagement surveys and quarterly team-building activities, and act as the go-to person for employee relations.Own onboarding end-to-end: pre-joining comms, induction, orientation, welcome kits, and probation training plans with department heads.Support leadership development and succession planning for critical roles, including training logistics and tracking.Manage internal HR communications and grow the company's LinkedIn presence with project and culture content.Feed engagement insights into workforce planning and department-level SWOT analysis.Job requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.Experience in an Employee Engagement, People & Culture, Talent Development, or generalist HR role.Experience building onboarding programs, engagement surveys, or leadership development initiatives
