We’re Hiring: HR Generalist Senior Specialist📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia📄 Employment Type: Contract – initially 3–6 months, extendable based on performance and business needs🇸🇦 Nationality: Saudi National👤 Gender: Any💼 Experience: 5–7 yearsWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Senior Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing coordination, screening, interviews, feedback follow-up, and offer preparation.Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new joiners.Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including contracts, probation, transfers, promotions, and exits.Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand recruitment and HR priorities.Handle employee HR queries related to policies, benefits, leave, and documentation.Prepare recruitment and HR operations reports and track pending actions.Support HR compliance, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.5–7 years of experience across HR, recruitment, and HR operations.Experience within consulting, professional services, multinational companies, or large organizations is highly preferred.Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.Excellent business stakeholder management skills.Strong English communication skills.Experience with SAP or other HR systems/ATS platforms is an advantage.CIPD or another professional HR qualification is preferred.Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.Stable career history and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.📩 Interested candidates are welcome to apply by sharing their updated CV.
