This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in HR, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other channels• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews & joining• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities REQUIREMENTS • Freshers are welcome to apply• Good communication and convincing skills• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment• Interest/background in HR or Recruitment preferred• Candidates comfortable with Work From Office SKILLS REQUIRED Good verbal and written communication Strong convincing & interpersonal skillsCandidate sourcing & screening skillsGood follow-up and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work in a target-oriented environment Positive attitude with willingness to learn Time management & multitasking skills Interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
