HR Lead

About the roleOur client is an international corporate services provider (30+ staff) spanning business formation, tax advisory, and wealth structuring — with departments that have grown independently of each other. We're looking for a hands-on HR Lead who can bring structure, culture, and cohesion across the business: someone who doesn't just manage HR processes but actively connects departments that have been operating in silos.What you'll doOwn the full HR function: recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention, offboardingBuild and roll out HR policies, structure, and processes from the ground upAct as the connective tissue between departments — understand what each team does, spot friction points, and actively bridge themPartner directly with leadership on org design, culture, and workforce planningDrive internal communication so departments stay aligned as the company scalesHandle UAE-specific HR/compliance matters (labour law, visas, WPS, etc.)What you bringProven HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-growing/scale-up environmentStrong communication skills — able to build trust across very different teams and personalitiesA "company-wide" mindset: genuinely curious about how each department works, not just an HR process operatorComfortable with ambiguity — this is a build-it-yourself role, not an existing playbookUAE HR/labour law knowledge (or fast learner with GCC experience)Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; on-site roleWhat makes this role differentThis isn't a maintenance HR role. The departments currently run independently — you're the person who ties them together, builds the connective structure, and helps the company operate as one organisation instead of several.
