Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions to support business objectives and operational excellence. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The HR Manager acts as a strategic business partner to leadership while fostering a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Develop workforce plans aligned with business growth and operational requirements.Partner with department leaders to identify current and future talent needs.Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.Employee Relations & EngagementServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters.Manage employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.Support employee wellness, recognition, and retention programs.Performance ManagementManage the performance review cycle and objective-setting process.Coach managers on performance management and employee development.Support succession planning and talent reviews.Monitor performance trends and recommend improvement initiatives.Learning & DevelopmentIdentify organizational and individual training needs.Develop and implement annual training and development plans.Coordinate leadership development and skills enhancement programs.Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.Compensation & BenefitsAdminister compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and market practices.Conduct salary benchmarking and support annual compensation reviews.Ensure accuracy of HR data impacting payroll and benefits administration.HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.Oversee visa, work permit, and employee lifecycle processes where applicable.Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.Organizational DevelopmentSupport change management and organizational restructuring initiatives.Promote initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.Partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR is preferred.Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.Experience within FMCG, food distribution, logistics, agriculture, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is preferred.Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic HR Business PartneringTalent Acquisition and Workforce PlanningEmployee Relations and Conflict ResolutionPerformance ManagementLearning and DevelopmentCompensation and Benefits AdministrationHR Policies and ComplianceLeadership and Team ManagementCommunication and Stakeholder ManagementProblem Solving and Decision MakingHR Analytics and Reporting
