We specialize in Direct Client Staffing, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement services while fostering a collaborative and growth-driven work environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR compliance, performance management, and organizational development while supporting our rapidly expanding US staffing business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and foster a positive work environment.Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave records, and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.Coordinate with the Finance team to verify payroll data, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee benefits.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.Organize training, development programs, and employee performance reviews.Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and HR strategies.Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and support audits when required.Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.Support organizational growth by implementing effective HR practices and process improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of HR experience (US Staffing experience preferred).Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRMS/ATS platforms.Preferred SkillsExperience in the US IT Staffing industry.Knowledge of US recruitment processes and employment practices.Experience with employee engagement and performance management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Perks & BenefitsDomestic & International Trip OpportunitiesComplimentary Gym AccessGame Zone & Recreational ActivitiesEmployee Engagement Events & Team OutingsPerformance-Based Incentives & Recognition ProgramsCareer Growth & Learning OpportunitiesSupportive & Collaborative Work EnvironmentExposure to International Clients & Global Recruitment Practices📩 Apply Now: Send your resume to hr@geniusbridgetech.com
