HR Manager

Nicholas Howard are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to work with a leading Engineering and Architectural firm in Abu Dhabi, supporting them as they continue to scale across the GCC region. The firm has a reputation for excellence, and working on some of the most iconic projects in the UAE!Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, coupled with several years operating at a mangerial level, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction. Core ExperienceEnd-to-end HR management: workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, C&B, L&D, succession planning, and policy implementationTechnical recruitment experience, particularly sourcing Architects, Engineers, BIM professionals, and other design/engineering talentMulti-country HR exposure across the GCC and Asia, with working knowledge of regional labour law and employment practicesEmployee relations: workplace investigations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolutionHR policy and governance framework development and implementationSkills & AttributesStrong stakeholder management across all organisational levelsProven leadership: team management, coaching, and driving continuous improvementHigh integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentialityStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office and HRIS platformsAdaptable and organised in a fast-paced, multicultural consultancy environmentThe role offers a chance to work with a leading team as they continue to expand, coupled with the opportunity for further progression and development.
