HR Manager

ASBIS Arabia Distribution Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR and Administration operations in KSA. The role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government requirements, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, and overseeing office administration.Key Responsibilities:Manage all labor and government-related processes, including GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, visas, work permits, Saudization, and regulatory compliance.Support and coordinate recruitment activities, including talent acquisition and onboarding.Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding.Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.Supervise office administration and facility management activities.Lead and develop the HR Administration and Administrative teams.Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee documentation.Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management in Saudi Arabia.About you:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of HR management experience in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.).Experience managing HR operations, employee relations, and administration functions.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Working Conditions:Fixed schedule.Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company.Constant interaction with global teams of professionals.International career opportunities.Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings.Competitive salary package and motivation scheme.By responding to the vacancy, you consent to the processing of your personal data indicated in your CV.For more, please visit https://www.asbis.com/gdpr-candidate-privacy-policyWe are on a mission to bring technology to everyone and are looking for new colleagues.
